RARE  EARLYROLEX

 OYSTER CASED WRIST WATCH IN SOLID SILVER

 

Very rare transitional or possibly experimental ROLEX wrist watch in solid silver screw back and front case.

The Rolex is in good running order and  in totally original condition.

The movement is signed ROLEX as is the solid silver case hallmarked for Birmingham in 1918

Both bezel and back screw on smoothly with no evidence of  ever being forced

Runs well and keeps good time.

Rare change to obtain what is possibly a museum quality rare Rolex wrist watch
