Postage & Packing

I have listed Special Delivery as the First Option as Royal Mail will only pay out for breakables damaged in the post if they are sent this way. Therefore I will be unable to offer a refund if it sent by normal mail but would of course chase up any item lost in the post.

I try to keep my P&P charges as reasonable as possible as I know how irritating it is when Sellers charge extortionate shipping fees. The price you pay for P&P covers the actual postage cost plus a small fee for packing materials and handling. I will always get a proof of postage and will chase up any articles lost in the post.
