Terms of Sale
My first and foremost goal is to provide customer satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not satisfied, I will attempt to resolve the situation. I am not an expert in antiquities nor do I ascribe to be however, I attempt to describe to the best of my ability all items that I list. At this time, I ALLOW refunds within 7 days of buyer receiving item but NOT on LOTS of jewelry or clothing. On these items, I will not accept returns UNLESS a gross misrepresentation or negligence has occurred on my part. Either way, communication with myself as a seller is a necessity. I am willing to work with each and every buyer but, communication MUST occur. I will send additional pics or answer any and all questions before you actually buy an item to ensure you are satisfied before completing the purchase. This is due to just a "few" bidders lately who have failed to complete the transaction and/or returned merchandise over a month after receiving it. Be sure to check out my excellent feedback on my transactions to ensure that I am an honest seller!!! Please remember that "Vintage" and the fact that I find items from estate sales means that they are NOT brand new and that reasonable wear, possible cleaning needs to be done on some (not all) items that I sell. Thus, the importance of COMMUNICATION before completing a bid or sale. Thanks and God Bless!!!
