JAPANESE SAMURAI KABUTO HELMET 32 PLATES circa 1600 A.D

Authentic Antique circa 1600 A, D, Japanese Samurai steel Helmet Kabuto with black finish. Outstanding construction made of 32 steel plates with 160 rivets. On the front of the helmet they are two prongs for mounted heraldic moon. Interior of kabuto is with old brownish rust. Dimensions; high: 17.8cm (7 in) in highest point. Length: 30cm (11 7/8 in) in longest point. Width: 25.5 cm (10 in) in widest point. Weight: 2 ½ pounds
