Beautiful Antique Victorian or possibly earlier Handmade Honiton Lace Collar. It measures 71cm (28 inches) in length and is 10.5cm (4 1/8th inches) wide. Designed I believe to be softly gathered around the neck ( through the top edge ) it is in excellent condition with no damage, only slight age discolouration.
