This beautiful Large Religious icon dates from the beginning of the Art Deco movement, 1925.

It is a fantastic depiction of the Virgin Mary in prayer. With her serene face and regal bearing she would bring grace and peace to any home she blesses.


This is a genuine piece of antique artisanal plaster work and is signed and dated on the base – Vierge – 1925. This lady is in superb condition with some minor chips to her paintwork and plasterwork as can clearly be seen in the photos, But I believe this only adds to her character and charm.


This Statue is of grand proportions and measures- 17” inches in height and nearly 5” in width.

Postage is so high because packaged she breaks the weight limit for economy post to europe, Please see la postes website to confirm this.
