Antique Chinese Dotchin hanging scales in wooden case

White bar is 32 cm long with markings - had 3 cotton fulcrums -one has come away (cotton fragile) Has brass pan and needle with heavy brass weight.

comes in fitted wooden case.Apart from loose fulcrum this appears to be in good used condition.
