A Fine Quality Antique Art Deco Style Platinum and Diamond Bow Brooch

Description

This fine platinum and diamond set brooch has been handcrafted in the form of a bow.

It is fashioned in the Art Deco style with transitional round cut and baguette cut diamonds.

Each strand of the bow is set with two x 0.10ct, six x 0.07ct, seventeen 0.03ct and fourteen 0.01ct transitional round cut diamonds.

The two ribbon ends are each set with a row of four x 0.03ct, seven x 0.02ct and two 0.01ct graduated baguette cut diamonds.

The centre 'knot' is set with eight x 0.03ct and three 0.01ct transitional round cut diamonds.

This brooch has a fine quality pierced decorated platinum frame.

It is fitted with a hinged pin and push fit catch.

The brooch is fitted to its original satin, velvet and leatherette box which bears the retailer's mark 'Garrard & Co. Ltd., Regent Street, London. By appointment to H.M. The Queen. Goldsmiths & Crown Jewellers'.

This fine bow brooch is set with very good quality clear diamonds.

Both the brooch and box are in excellent condition.
