Fast delivery by Royal Mail means UK delivery addresses benefit from the convenience of parcels being kept at your local sorting office, or forwarded to one of your choice (just fill in the delivery card & post it back), if you're not at home. We sue Parcelforce or DHL for large items and these are delivered within 2 days at the latest. To ensure all our postage is at kept at its minimum unless stated postal insurance included please opt for insurance if you want your item to go via recorded delievery. If your item gets lost you will require to wait approx 2-4 weeks for Royal Mail to lauch an investigate, if this is a concern please opt for recorded or signed for service.   This way we insure our shipping rates are the CHEAPEST on EBAY!

Quality packaging using new material or to reduce your postage on larger items, and in the interests of the environment, we will try to recycle from our suppliers.

Returns accepted if you are not completely satisfied - just let us know within 14 days. All returns must be sent back in orginal condition. We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H and ebay charges within 14 days of your purchase via insured parcel post (i.e. Royal Post).

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its unused and in original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Our policy is if you don't like the item you pay for the postage. The item should reach us in the condition you received it and we will be happy to refund you the cost of the item.
