1, If buyer don't receive his item(s) after 35 days since the date we shipped out his item(s), buyer can ask us to resend or refund.

We will help buyer to track the shipping info. Resend or refund will be made after we got the tracking result from the post office.

If buyer are an insured customer, the trace is easy, needs 2 business days.

For no Insured customer, tracking the shipping status needs some time, 10 - 20 business days.

If, indeed, buyer didn't receive the item(s), we will resend to buyer if the item(s) he ordered is or are in stock at that time, or we will refund full payment according to customers' requirement.

If, indeed, buyer did receive the item(s), we reserve the right to report the buyer to ebay or paypal.
2, If buyer received his item(s) in bad condition(e.g. broken) because of the shipping, buyer can ask us to resend or refund. We require buyer provide simple evidence, such as picture(s) of the broken items, to prove the items' situation.

We would resend to buyer if the item(s) he ordered is or are in stock at that time. Please note, unless the buyer has paid the shipping insurance, a shipping charge will be needed from buyer. We resend the insured buyer for free!

Or we will refund the price of the item(s), i.e., except the shipping and handling fee. We will not provide full refund in this kind of situation.
3, If buyer not satisfied with the item he received, buyer may return it to us for replacement or a refund within 10 days.

The item(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging and a copy of customer sales invoice and ebay ID.

Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day we receive the returned item(s).

For insured buyer, we will refund the price of the item(s) and the shipping fee, insured fee is not refundable.

For no insured buyer, refund is ONLY the price of the item(s), i.e., except the shipping and handling fee
