14 Days of receipt

CDs and DVDs may only be returned if there is a genuine manufacturing fault with the item. We will exchange it for the same item or offer a refund excluding postage costs. We have the final say to wether or not a product is a genuine fault. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Replacements are not sent until the returning item has been received. Any Item lost during postage will be replaced. If we have no stock for a replacement then a refund will be given excluding our p&p charge. By purchasing from us you agree to accept these terms and conditions, while we agree to accept loss of the item aswell as refunding your inital payment of the item excluding our postage charge.
