  • Flap discs produce less vibration and noise than grinding discs

Normal resin grinding discs are good for rapid metal removal, but they leave a rough finish, a Flap wheel will quickly remove material and leave a smoother finish than can be achieved using a resin disc.  A flap wheel also produces less vibration and quieter than depressed centre resin grinding disc.

  •   Ideal discs for use on non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium, brass and ferrous metals where glazing of zirconium discs is a problem.
  •   Ideal for use on wood and man made boards.
  •   Aluminium Oxide flap discs produces a slightly finer finish than a zirconium disc of the same grit.
