I bring in my own products, this shipment was from Brazil.
 While it is often more costly to personally import (unless you are a huge company),
I feel this is the best way to serve my customers.
This way I know  and can verify the origin of my products.

 Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied,
you may return the item for a full refund, provided that the item is in the same condition as it was shipped.
Items are sold in mint condition,
therefore they must be returned as such for a refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise.

International Customers:

Shipping prices vary by weight and location. Prices can range from $3.00 - to $35.00 or more -
depending on the number of items, weight and method of shipment.
Shipping is totally dependant upon weight and location. We can usually offer first class international which can
be very economical.
We charge exact shipping costs +1.00 handling fees  (pays for our gas to post office + shipping supplies)
international shipments will require insurance to be purchased depending on value of package - if required,
this will be included in your shipping quote.
We will try to keep the shipping as affordable as possible.
Please allow us three days to get to the post office.  We can often go much sooner, however we sell a large
variety of items, and making it to the post office
can be difficult with holidays and the amount of shipping we do daily directly from our store location.
We are often very busy keeping up with the packing and shipping.
NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Sale Terms:
USA CUSTOMERS - We ship using USPS mail to VERIFIED PayPal addresses only.  Items will only be shipped after
your payment has cleared. E-Checks take additional days to clear and  time and items will not ship until E-Check clears.
Non-paying buyers will be reported to EBay. Please do not purchase if you do not intend to pay,
relisting items is quite time consuming and costly.
If you do not pay, and do not communicate with us, you will be leaving us with the only method remaining to recoup our isting fees, we will be
forced to file the unpaid item dispute with eBay.

Additional information:

Height and width are close approximations.
We use calipers to achieve this measurement; however these numbers vary slightly depending on exactly where you put the calipers.
These numbers are provided so that you get a good feel for the size of the stone or item.
Weight is measured using an American Weigh AMW-250.  Weight is generally exact.
The center measurement is again done with calipers and taken at the center, the edges may be slightly thicker or thinner,
this is normal with natural gem and mineral items.
