These shoes were from a bankruptcy and stocks are limited to those advertised here in our eBay shop.

Some shoes look as though one has been tried on in a shop (dust on the sole) - however, there are absolutely no indications of wear of any sort.

Anatomic Gel is one of the best 'comfort' shoes currently available, manufactured to the highest standards with padded ankle supports, smooth internal seams, chamois soft leather linings, tumble grain silky leather uppers, full anatomic footbeds and deep comfort cushioning.

Paypal from verified accounts for all card payments is our preferred option for speed and security.

Cheques made payable to Richard Cassidy Ltd. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.

Crossed Postal Orders &  International Bank Transfer (shared fees outside EU please) also accepted.

For security purposes, if the customer wishes to collect the goods, we must insist on cash payment or a single UK Sterling cheque (up to the cheque guarantee card limit and with additional supporting ID).

Shipping

We use Royal Mail for smaller items, larger items are shipped by Amtrak or UPS. Please provide a contact telephone number that we may pass on to the carriers upon checkout.

All Royal Mail items are automatically insured for up to £34.00. Additional insurance is available where necessary.

We aim to send your goods within 1-2 working days of receipt of cleared funds (excluding week-ends).

Our shipping prices reflect all packaging costs, postage costs, a small allowance for administration and VAT.

Terms

If you buy from us we guarantee you will like what you purchase. Call us immediately if this is not the case.

Ebay's fee structure does not allow us to supply goods on 'approval', however, things can and do go wrong, therefore there may be circumstances where it is necessary to return the goods to us.

For example: if a purchase is faulty, mis-described, or we send incorrect goods, we will refund everything you pay us, and re-emburse you for reasonable postage costs incurrred for returning the goods to us. Items supplied with seals intact will NOT be accepted for return unless faulty or incorrect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We are a business registered for VAT in the UK. Where applicable a VAT invoice will be issued with the goods.
