This is to protect all parties and includes insurance value up to £30.00. Items are carefully packed, usually in bubble wrap. We always post promptly once payment is made, but unfortunately we can not be held liable for any delay, particularly when several different cross border postal authorities are concerned.  In the unlikely event that your item is mislaid in transit, we will assist in the claim process by providing tracking number or proof of postage.
