Americana - CCS Pattern - Carriage House Samplings





Description

Americana is a counted cross stitch pattern from Carriage House Samplings.

All my patterns are brand new and come from a smoke-free environment.

The model of My Country Americana was stitched on #40 count linen, and the stitch count is 116w x 121h.  The size on the #40 count fabric is 5-3/4" x 6".  If stitched on #14 count (over 1 thread) or #28 count (over 2 threads) the size of the design is 8-1/4" x 8-5/8".  It was stitched with silk but a DMC conversion chart is included.

This sampler is a beautiful one with an image of the American flag standing in a flower pot that says 'long may it wave' and the pot is filled with pretty little blue flowers.  I think this is very appropriate considering the state of the world at the present time.
