Each helmet is them clear-coated for added protection.

Featuring sculpted, dimensional logos and brushed finish.

Payment

Please can you make payment within 7 days of purchasing the item. If there is a genuine problem please let us know. If we have not received payment or heard from you within the 7 day period an unpaid item dispute will be opened until either payment is recieved or if you let us know you no longer want the product. If we hear nothing from you, you will receive an unpaid item strike making further purchases on ebay more difficult.

Shipping

We endeavor to ship items within 1 working day of receiving your payment. During our slow times of business though (March-August) we tend to only post items twice a week- if you are in a hurry for your item at this time of year please let us know and we will make sure it is sent out asap. In the case of cheques this will be 1 working day from the cheque clearing. However, we are extremely flexible in meeting the needs of our customers. We send orders via Royal Mail First Class Recorded or by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service depending on the size and value of the order. We dispatch goods Monday to Saturday and usually within 24 hours of your order being successfully authorised (which is usually at the time of placing the order). Typically, goods are received within 2 to 4 working days of ordering. You may want to specify an address where you or someone you know will be able to sign for your delivery. We now send all items by a 'signed for' method due to having many items being lost in the post. Shipping costs are royal mail costs plus £0.50 to cover packaging and taking the item to the post office. In purchasing an item from us you are agreeing to these costs. For combined postage we simplay weigh all the items then you pay the royal mail price plus the £0.50. If you select all the items you want we will them combine them and give you a combined postage price BEFORE you pay for the items. As a rough guide to weights of items- Pocket Helmets are 50g Mini helmets and football are approx 400g Jerseys/t-shirts/fan kits are approx 750g Jumpers/Jackets are approx 1kg With items such as pocket helmets 2 pockets ship for the same price as 1 as the minimum weight for small parcels is 100g. So if you are a collector we reccomend buying in 2's! As an example, if you bought- 1 mini helmet (400g) 1 football (400g) and 1 jersey (750g) Postage would be just £6.92 for the lot to the UK by 1st recorded mail or £8.75 by special delivery to the UK.

Terms of Sale

Cancellations and Returns If you change your mind about a purchase you may cancel the transaction 7 days of receipt of the goods. However, you will have to pay for the cost of postage for the return. We will also be unable to refund the cost of services already supplied - ie, our actual cost of posting the goods to you. All refunds are offered assuming that the goods are still wrapped and in their original condition as received. In the event of faulty goods or items damaged in the post we will replace the items, provided the original goods are returned. In this case only, we will pay postage for the return of the damaged goods. Alternatively we will offer a refund for the faulty or damaged item concerned. Return Exceptions Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items appear below. Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. Providing unique, eclectic and affordable NFL memorabilia and gifts, for personal and home use. Who are we ? N-FLUKE started trading in October '04. We are a husband and wife team who have full time jobs and are doing this as a 'hobby!'. Just to add to the 'fun and games' Helen gave birth to twins in September 06! We started the company because Mark was frustrated that he couldn't get American Football memorabilia anywhere else but in the USA. It's our ultimate aim to provide the same range of choice of American Football goods, at value for money prices, to everyone in the United Kingdom and maybe even the rest of the world, as is available in the United States. Since starting trading we have gradually been expanding our stock range. Having started with just 20 American Footballs, we can now offer mini and pocket helmets for all 32 teams as well as display cases, t-shirts and a range of different footballs from 'mini' to genuine game balls. We are constantly looking for new merchandise and will increase our range whenever we can find the right products at 'reasonable' prices.
