Condition:  Acceptable.  Tight copy, text clean with pages foxed on endpapers and worn on edges.  Boards are rubbed and marked, with torque on spine.  No dust-wrapper.

Synopsis:  Text of book is a modification of that which appeared as a series of articles in Yachting Monthly during 1946.  Illustrated with text figures.  November 1948 reprint of a book first published in May 1948.
