Please note that as this item is delivered by Parcelforce 2 delivery attempts will be made. If you are not in then the courier company will leave a card. If you fail to respond to the cards then the courier company returns the items to us. When this occurs any refunds which are offered will be less £8.00 postage costs which will have been incurred by us. To avoid this happening please provide a contactable phone number either by email or in the notes section of Paypal. Items ordered before 2pm will be despatched same day- please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

Payment

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple purchases, we are more than happy to do this.  Carriage charges will be reduced according to product size and weight.

Delivery

Please note deliveries are between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday (Excluding Holiday Periods).  Your order will normally be despatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

You must sign for the delivery of your order when it arrives. You should check your products thoroughly for any sign of damage and if damage has occurred. Should any of your products be damaged you must sign for the order and clearly write on the courier's documentation that the products were Damaged in Transit. If you are unhappy with the delivery, or the courier is not willing to wait while you properly inspect the goods, then please refuse the delivery, and write Parcel(s) Not Accepted beside your signature. Contact us as soon as you can and we will immediately arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. We will not accept responsibility and will not offer to replace products damaged on arrival unless any damage has been clearly noted on the courier's delivery note by you.

Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

FEEDBACK
We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible. Should there be a problem with the item or if it is lost or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem for you.
