Ordering Our shipping charge is capped at £7.50 for however many tracks you order. So when ordering more than one track please request your invoice before proceeding to Paypal so that I can ammend your invoice to the correct shipping cost. You can then proceed with payment.

Please Specify which colour you require in the notes section of Paypal or on your printout if paying by cheque. Also, the delivery address needs to be confirmed with contact telephone number. Someone needs to be in to sign for the parcels otherwise a card will be left and it will be upto you to arrange for another delivery attempt.

Shipping Info The shipping costs in this listing is for mainland UK only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands. For Shipping costs for these areas, please email me for a quote.

Delivery We aim to despatch all orders the next working day, however, in busy periods this is not always possible so please allow upto 5 working days. Some items may be sent direct from our suppliers to acheive maximum speed of delivery and if we are short on stock. If our supplier does't have the stock and there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order and all monies refunded in full.

Your order will need to be signed for when delivered, so please give a delivery address where someone will be in and we do need the contact telephone number for the carrier. Please leave these details in the notes section on Paypal or on your printout receipt if paying by cheque. If no-one is in when your delivery arrives, a card will be left with a phone number for you to call to arrange for another delivery attempt. If the carriers cannot delivery and don't hear from you, your order will be returned to us and you would need to pay £8.50 for another delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully. Please check the number of parcels you are signing for is correct and that they are not damaged. If you are any parcels short or damaged, please sign for accordingly and notify us immediately by email. Replacements will be sent if any items are damaged or faulty.

Returns You may return any part of your order to us within 7 days of receipt if you are not happy with it. You will be refunded the price paid excluding the shipping costs and return shipping costs. We require it to arrive back to us in its original condition including packaging and that you obtain Proof of Posting. We cannot refund items without its original packaging, or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
