Policies

Bidding:
Before placing a bid, you should read our complete auction listing and contact us through eBay email  with any questions.  We will respond to all questions within 24 hours unless it is on a weekend or National Holiday.  Anyone with “0” or “negative feedback” should email us before placing a bid.  By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
•You have read and agree to the terms and conditions of Aristocrat VW that are stated in this eBay listing.
•You have read the item description and looked at all photos posted in the description. 
•You understand that you are bidding on a NEW OLD STOCK, USED, RECYCLED, RECONDITIONED or SALVAGED item, unless otherwise stated in the description.
 
SHIPPING:
•Shipping fees are not negotiable. 
•All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after full payment is received and a tracking number will be supplied. 
•An incomplete shipping address will delay shipment until it is verified by the buyer and a valid telephone number is needed so the carrier can contact you with any shipping issues.
• All Domestic damaged/lost/stolen packages with insurance require a 1-2 weeks claiming period. 
•All International damaged/lost/stolen packages with insurance require a 45 days claiming period. (CARRIER POLICY).
•Non-domestic buyers are responsible for any duty, customs, and brokerage fees required in the arriving country.
•Any package damage must be noted with the carrier when the item is delivered.
•We do not ship to APO / FPO/ or P.O. Boxes.
•AK, HI, and PR shipments will ship with the USPS due to the high cost of shipping items to these locations on UPS. Shipping to these locations will also be $15 more, per box, than to the lower 48 states.
 
Payment:
•We accept PayPal for online winning bids. Items stating “FOR PICK-UP ONLY”,  The winning bidder may pay with CASH or a  MAJOR CREDIT CARD (with proper ID) upon pick-up during normal business hours. M-F 9am-5pm.  
•All personal checks must have a valid driver’s license number and date of birth on the check.
•All payments must be received within 10 days of auction close.
•Sales Tax of 7% will be applied to all items shipped to a Florida address.
 
Return Policy: 
We take great care to accurately describe all our items, including any known damage.  We supply photos of the actual items listed and warrant them to be as described and shown in the photos when shipped.  Unless noted in the listing, our items are new-old-stock (NOS), used, recycled, reconditioned and/or salvaged OEM parts.  Returns will be accepted only if there is a discrepancy in the listing and we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the buyer's responsibility entirely. All returns must be approved in advance by Aristocrat VW.  A full refund will be issued once we verify that the item returned is the same item shipped and there was an error in the listing description.  Winning bidders that request that their winning bid be canceled will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Non-Paying winning bidders will be reported to eBay.  All questions about the items should be resolved prior to bidding.
