We aim to ensure that goods are sent to you in good condition, subject to their age, and all musical instruments sold by us are inspected before we dispatch them. However, if the goods are damaged in transit, please inform us immediately and we will offer a full refund.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have an unconditional right to cancel your sales contract with us for a period of seven days counting from the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you decide to return an item during this cooling-off period, you must inform us of your intention to do so either by telephone, email, fax or letter. We will then arrange an immediate refund. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are returned as soon as possible, and in the condition and packaging in which you received them. You must also cover the expense of returning them to us. |
