Sadly, there are a small number of people who buy or bid on goods then don't pay or make any further contact. If this happens, after 7 days, I will open a non-paying bidders case in order to receive a refund of selling fees. So please, if there is a problem, please let me know.


Goods will be shipped only on receipt of cleared payment.

I would like to be able to despatch goods 6 days a week but in reality this is not always possible so I have to limit the posting to 3 days a week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For goods to be shipped on these days payments must be received before 3pm. During the postal strike I will be posting every day to make sure you receive the goods as soon as Royal Mail decide they will deliver.

In the UK most goods are sent by First Class Mail or Standard Parcels for heavier items. All items should be received within 7 days of purchase (unless there are postal strikes). If you have not received your goods within this time please let me know. I always obtain a proof of posting but I only keep them for two weeks so it is important that you contact me within 14 days if you wish to make a claim for non-delivery.

Sadly, I have had to make the decision to stop shipping overseas.
