Returns / Exchange Policy
Most items are brand new and if not are stated within the advert, most are still in the original packaging, those that do not have the original packaging are checked thoroughly before listing and despatch. If there is a problem with an item we will do our best to exchange it for an identical item if we do not have the same or similar item we will refund your money. Where an item is delivered damaged/defective we must be notified within 24hrs of delivery, we will not accept any claims for damaged/defective goods after this time. Items must be returned at buyers cost, unless otherwise agreed, by signed delivery, with original packaging stating exactly the reason for return.  Refunds will be issued in the payment method it was purchased after the item has been returned and fully inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds.
Returns For Any Other Reason
All returns and exchanges must be agreed and authorised in advance. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery (under the distant selling regulations). Goods MUST BE unused and returned in original unopened packaging. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to re-send the goods to the buyer without notice.
