Terms and Conditions Of all of My auctions

All items paid for via PAYPAL will now only be sent via recorded delivery / special delivery or currier requiring a signature so please make sure you select one of these options if using paypal.

Any bidders with less than 5 or any recent negative feedback must make contact by E-Mail before bidding otherwise bids will be cancelled and bidders banned from my auctions (there are some idiots out there that unfortunately spoil it for all).

All Items will be posted with proof of postage and proof receipts kept until items arrive with bidder, unless registered post is requested by the buyer, or the option is given in the auction.

All Postage Charges given are for UK main land only, The buyer should make contact for actual postage charges outside UK.

If postage insurance is required then the buyer shall make contact before paying so a price may be obtained, unless it is given as an option in the Auction then the price will be known. The seller takes no responsibility for any damage to goods in any form whatsoever if the optional insurance is not taken out , All items are packed really well to avoid 99% of damage by the "royal mail football team".

If paying by cheque, postal order, or cash (by registered post only), please state your name address and the auction # for which you are paying. all unknown payments will not be processed until YOU contact me.

cheques take 14 days to clear in a post office acount please be advised !

All my items are well packaged and sent out in good strong packaging ( check my feedback)

All items are described to the best of my knowledge and photos are of the actual item on the day of sale (unless stated otherwise in the Auction).

All Refunds will not include postage and packing charges in either direction ( unless agreement is made before shipping back)

Any item returned must be returned in the condition in which it was sent out and with all accompanying items sent, any opened or damaged items will be chargeable

Negative feedback will be given to all non paying bidders, Any bidder not making contact within 7 days will be deemed a non paying bidder as will non payment within 14 days and reported to e-bay as non paying bidders and a non paying bider strike will be placed against you by e-bay and your acound may be suspended see e-bay terms and condidtions "your bid is a contract".

Positive feedback will be give to all other bidders and receipt of the same is appreciated 99% of the people out there are great but there is that 1% hence my terms and conditions.

Feedback is now given on reciept of feedback from buyers so we know you have recieved the goods as we keep all paperwork proof of postage registerd post cards etc until feedback is recieved or 14 days has passed , if you have any queries please e-mail before leaving feedback so we can help you in any way we can
