Delivery:
Item(s)are sent out as soon as possible once payment has been received and may have to be signed for. If no one present at the delivery address the item will be taken back to the local depot – a card will have been left stating this. I will always try to cut the postage down to a reasonable price for the weight and packaging for buyers who purchase a number of my items at the same time.

Feedback:

Returns:
If an item arrives faulty or fails within the returns period, please email before sending it back as most issues can be resolved quickly. Any problems are solved by either a replacement or refund (minus postage costs) depending on the circumstances. Items, where possible, should be returned in original packing.
