Terms & Conditions
Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction's ending date. Netjam prefers Payment via Credit Card but will take postal money orders and checks. We also accept Wire transfers. Checks will take 10 days before clearing. We usually contact winning bidders within 24-48 hours of the auction's end. Please confirm receipt of the winning bidder notification within 72 hours.
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. Insurance is optional however, we will not be responsible for uninsured items which are lost or damaged. Insurance must be requested at time of purchase. Multiple item purchases will be bundled together to save on shipping total.
If Buyer requires Netjam to ship INTERNATIONAL, Buyer must contact us at ap@netjam.net prior to bidding for a price quote. -- ALL FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST PAY VIA BANK WIRE TRANSFER ONLY.

All of Netjam, LLC's products come with a 90 day warranty against DOA product. If auction specifies SOLD AS IS, there will be NO returns accepted for any reason. Any damage suspected due to shipping must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. If you have any questions, please email us at ap@netjam.net prior to bidding. Netjam will accept returned products purchased for credit or exchange within 90 days of the invoice date and shall not be returned except for equipment failure during that 90 day period.
This warranty does NOT cover the following:
Incompatibilities or the purchase of an incorrect item for your needs.
The buyers inability or lack of experience and/or knowledge to install or use the equipment.
Netjam reserves the right to REPAIR or REPLACE the faulty equipment rather than issuing a refund.
