Shipping Details:

All shipping originates from Sunny Florida.  We do combine auctions to save on shipping.  Shipment will be by USPS, UPS, or FedX.   Orders are generally shipped on the day of or the day after full payment or ASAP.   Insurance is your choice but - We do not guarantee any shipments that may be damaged or lost through no fault of ours unless insurance has been purchased.  We have shipments returned for lack of a proper address - Please know and give us your correct address.  Returned shipments usually incur additional postage charges.   Many buyers ask for Delivery Confirmation it is available for and additional $.55 or it is included with Priority Mail.

Returns/Warranty:

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.  Any Software/Game sales are neither warranted nor refundable although the new games may be warranted by the manufacturer.  Software compatibility is also the buyer's responsibility; therefore Buyer may need to contact the software manufacturer/publisher for any support or installation issues.    Warranty: As most of our sales are surplus inventory there is no warranty expressed or implied unless stated in the listing.  The exception is our Video's, Music CD's & Cassettes which are warranted to be of the quality as stated in our listings.  Before sending back a Video, Music CD or Cassette please try it in another player.   Please contact us before shipping back any product.
