This is a good working Aldis-Butcher Projection 14 inch focus lens.

The body is 66mm thick.
And varies from 107mm closed to 140mm open.

the mounting thread at the rear of the lens is approx 70mm or 2.75 inches.
It looks easily removable, with screws holding it in place.

the yellow spot on the lens in photo 1 is from a lamp next to the table I used for the picture.
