Payment
We accept most payment options for items purchased from our
eBay store and while we do prefer PayPal, we also understand that you may wish
to pay using another method for what ever reason. In addition to PayPal we
currently accept Bank Transfer and Cash over the Counter at NatWest branches,
as well as Cheque and Postal Order payments. Once we receive payment and it has
cleared you will be notified and assigned an Order Number. Use this Order Number
in any and all correspondences regarding your order as it will allow us quick
access to your order information allowing us to help you quickly.
Postage and Shipping
While our delivery prices are setup for single and multiple
purchases of the same item, if you purchase different items and want them
shipped together then we will always help keep postage prices down by combining
the costs. If your order qualifies simply wait for us to send you an invoice or
get in touch and request one. Also as we are sure you want your products as
quickly as possible, we will ship out your items the day that payment has been
received and has cleared. If this happens outside of Post Office Opening Hours
or Courier Collection Times your order will be shipped on the next day when
your selected postal method can be posted or collected. We always use high
quality packaging materials and fully insured methods of postage to make sure
that your items arrive with you quickly and safely. Postage & Packing prices
cover all these things so that you will never be charged any extra as long as
you use a suitable delivery method to your location. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified with all the necessary information.
Feedback
We urge customers not to leave feedback until you are satisfied with both our level of service and the goods you have received. If you have any problems or you find that you are not satisfied please get in touch before leaving feedback and we will ensure any and all issues you may have are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Once we receive feedback then we will be more than happy to do the same for you, this will then complete the transaction.
