All brand new items are sold with a 14 day return period. Returns must be pre arranged. Products returned must be brand new as sent and include all original packaging. Upon receipt of items refund will be issued for the original item price, postage costs are non refundable. However, where the Seller accepts the return of Goods, the Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 15% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required by the Buyer. Please allow 7 days for refund upon my receipt and inspection of returned item. All items sold as new/ex display/ used/ unused & seconds are non returnable. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty upon receipt or if an item suffers damage in transit please in the first instance send an email detailing the problem and including your ebay id and item number. Faulty items will be replaced at no expense to the buyer. Faulty items will only be refunded when a replacement is unavailable. 
If you have picked the wrong size item you can return it for exchange (All tags must be attached & item not worn (apart from trying the item on) any scuffs marks or stains & the item will not be exchanged or refunded. We do not cover the cost for returns, legally any returning costs have to be covered by yourselves when posting back to us & naturally postage costs of any swapping of articles is covered by the customer.
This does not change you statutory rights.
