General Description

 

The N5230A is a PNA-L network analyzer designed for general purpose network analysis needs. Provides a 2-port standard network analyzer test set with available extended frequency range : 300 kHz to 13.5 GHz  with option 120.

·         108 dB of dynamic range and <0.006 dB trace noise

·         <9 usec/point measurement speed, 32 channels, 16,001 points

·         TRL/LRM calibration, on-wafer, in-fixture, and waveguide measurements

 

This unit is fully working and calibrated. This unit comes with option 120.

Comes with installation and quick start guide; keyboard and mouse.
