The Ride

Today is an incredible day and a great day to ride. The Marin County back roads are legendary for their beauty and incredible scenic diversity. This ride will take advantage of the day and of the place. We will wind along the back roads through carved valleys, steep climbs, forests, lakes, ocean villages and along Tamales Bay.

The Workout

Be prepared for tough efforts over hills and on the wheels of fresh legs! This video is over 3 hours split into 2 DVDs. If you have the fortitude to tackle both DVDs in one session, you are a true cycling warrior! Your roadie friends will question how you managed to improve over the winter versus decline and get fat. This is an ideal workout to strengthen almost all aspects of cycling including long tough grinds, paceline efforts, intervals for weight loss and long high anaerobic efforts. Have a blast!
