If an item is faulty or you have recieved the wrong order, please
contact us within 3 days of reciept of the item. You will then be
issued with an 'RMA Number', which you must include in a note with the
item to be returned. You must not return an item without an RMA number
as it will not be processed.


Returned items are dealt within 3 working days of us receiving it.


We provide a 14 day warranty for faulty items which starts from the day the item is shipped out.
