You are looking at a regular non-weighted hoop (500g). These hoops are hand crafted to order, and use the highest quality grip tape. Our grip tapes come in a huge range of vibrant colours, they are hard wearing and waterproof, but best of all they help the hoop adhere to the contours of your body. This improves the way you hoop. This hoop shows the super tough tubing and your choice of grip tape.

This hoop is most suitable for hoop dancing & tricks. This is the hoop we have sold to physiotherapists and hoop-dance

Hoop size Guide

>40" hoops are great for +size people or very tall people.

40" hoops are the best beginner size hoop for the average sized person. They are large enough to rotate slowly but small enough not to hit the floor when performing off-the-body tricks or workouts. But if you can hoop already you may find it a bit big and a little easy.

38” hoops are the best size for hoopers who know how to hoop but aren’t experts yet.

36" hoops are a great size for more experienced hoopers - faster paced and with very smooth movement for hoop dancing. This size gives a better workout as the hoop spins faster.

35” All the benefits of the 36” hoop but also great to use indoors because of its small size. This is the perfect TV hoop for you multi-taskers.

 <35" very few adults can get on with hoops less than 35". The speed needed to keep these hoops up is too fast for some adults, but great as kids’ hoops.

Most of the hoops we make are 20mm in diameter. In our experience, this width is preferable as it provides a hoop that is more slender, more tactile and easier to manipulate. What’s more, these hoops can be weighted up to 2 kg – as heavy a hoop as you will ever need! However, if you would prefer a 25mm please don’t hesitate to ask us.

Weight Guide-

The heavier the hoop, the easier it is to use! This is due to the higher centrifugal force helping the hoop to cling to your body as it rotates.

Weighted hoops are great for burning calories, strengthening and toning. Heavier hoops flex as they rotate. As they flex, the weight of the hoop pulls outward against your body, applying an even pressure around your whole core as it spins.

Our 1kg hoops are fantastic hoops for a light workout, strengthening core muscles, toning and correcting posture. We have sold these hoops to physiotherapists and exercise clinics.

Our 2Kg hoop is the ultimate work out hoop. If you want to lose weight and tone up this is the fast track way to achieve your weight-loss goals. We sell these hoops to gyms and use them in our work out classes. Use this hoop for 10-15 minutes a day for a month you will see the difference.

Our non weighted hoops weigh about 500g - perfect for hoop dance and tricks. These are the hoops we use for hoop dance workshops and festivals.
