If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact me and let me know within 3 days of receipt. Items can be returned (minus all postage, eBay listing, selling fees and Paypal fees) for any reason. Please note that I expect to receive the goods in their original condition within 10 days of your email / contact. It will be the buyers responsibility for the items safe return to me and I strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of return / to aid in a claim should the parcel go astray.

If you were to purchase an item temporarily unavailable, an e-mail confirming the item's unavailability would be sent to you. In this case you would be entitled to either choose another item of similar quality and price or get a full refund for the unavailable item.
