    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, larger items are shipped by Business Post. Please provide a contact telephone number that we may pass on to the carriers on checkout.

All Royal Mail items can be insured for up to £32.00. Additional insurance is available where necessary.
   
We aim to send your goods within 1-3 working days of receipt of cleared funds (excluding weekends).
   
Our shipping prices reflect all packaging costs, postage costs, & a small allowance for administration & VAT.

    Returns

    Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for & ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
