GolfShoesDirect Returns Policy

Any item purchased within our shop can be fully refunded (excluding postage) or exchanged if returned within 10 days of dispatch.  If you find that your shoes do not fit, just return them to us and we will exchange them for a size that does.  Once again postage to us and back to you will have to be covered by the customer.

Faulty Items

Any item found to have a legitimate fault must be returned and after inspection, we will be happy to either exchange, replace or refund the cost of the item.  The cost of the postage back to us will be at the customers cost.  The replacement goods will be posted back to you at our expense.

If you do have a problem, please contact us via telephone (01323) 410984 as most problems can be resolved quicker and easier if discussed verbally.
