Payment

UK customers can make payments by PayPal, cheque or postal order. Payment from Non-UK customers is by PayPal only.

Cheques are to be made payable to Lesports LTD. Please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear. If sending a cheque/ postal Order, please include some reference to what you have purchased. This will help avoid any delays.

Shipping

We calculate the actual cost of delivery and add a small handling charge to cover items such as packing materials, labour, postal losses and courier collection charges. As delivery forms a part of our contract, we also have to pay VAT. If you purchase multiple items we will recalculate the cost of postage based on the above formula.


We will always aim to dispacth your purchases by the most economic method with consideration for the value of the item(s) and the urgency which you require them. To achieve this we have contracts with a number of couriers. The majority of items are dispacthed via the Royal Mail. Larger or heavier items will be dispacthed via a specialist courier.

Returns

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our site. You can claim a full refund (less P&P) on any unsoiled items returned to us within 14 days or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item. Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned items. Items returned for Exchange must be accompanied by a return Postage and Packaging fee. On the rare occasion that we send the wrong item from the one which you ordered, we will refund all your postage incurred for the return.
