HOW MUCH WILL IT HOLD?

Each feeder will hold 7 lbs of dry feed, approximately 4 scoops, depending on the TYPE of feed used. If you ran the feeders every hour, over a 24 hour period, you would usually refill only twice. 

 HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each iFEED feeder has a self contained motor that can be set to release between 1 to 15 “handful sized” portions of feed at each feed time. Each different feeder can then be programmed to drop different quantities each time for different animals.

The feed times are set by you on the 24 hour timer connected to the power unit.

Up to 15 feeders can be powered from a single multi-power supply.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I FEED?

The timer has the flexibility to drop feed as often as every 15 minutes, over a 24 hour period AND as each feeder can be set to release from 1 to 15 “handfuls” so each horse can have a different QUANTITY of food.

HOW DO I FIT THE FEEDER?

The feeders can be easily mounted inside or outside the stable, on wood and brick walls or metal stable bars.
