Includes watch, heart strap/transmitter  and original owner's manual in original packaging. Water resistant to 30 meters if you're a swimmer/triathlete. Blue backlight for nighttime activity. Everything you need to get running or biking. I just installed a new battery in the watch and verified everything works perfectly. Great monitor--I just moved up to a Polar to get the speed/pace/distance information. Please email with any questions or for additional pictures.
