Are there any side effects?
There are no known side effects however, if taken late the amount of energy you have may slightly disturb your sleep patterns.

What diet do I have to follow with Actislim?
None! but a sensible eating pattern is recommended.

Do I have to exercise?
Exercise is advisable and good for you, but please be careful as your energy levels with Actislim Ultra will be higher than normal so be aware of your physiological condition.

Do I have to take the day and night together?
It is always advisable to take both products, for maximum effect.

Will I have to drink more water?
It is always advisable to drink at least 2 Ltrs (8 glasses) of water in addition to your normal intake to achieve maximum results from this product.

Actislim Ultra Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement adults to take orally 2 capsules daily; 1 between 9am & 10am, 1 between 1pm & 2pm. Do not exceed 2 capsules in any one day or take capsules after 3pm. It is recommended that this product is taken after food and in cycles of 3 months on and 1 month off until your target wirhgt has been achieved.

Actislim Night Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults to take orally 2 capsules nightly, up to 2 hours prior to sleep. Do not exceed 2 capsules or take more than 2 hours before bed. It is recommended that this product is taken as a supplement alongside Actislim Ultra and also continued on its own as a stand alone product to maintain your weight once your targets have been achieved. Remember: Maximum results are achieved when taking Actislim Ultra along with Actislim Night.
