Faulty Stock (Not damaged by postage)
Buyer must email seller to obtain return instructions. You must email within 7 days of receiving item and item has to be returned to seller within 14 days.
if item is found to be faulty then seller with pay for the return postage (ONLY if found faulty)
Mint unwanted items
MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL UNOPENED STATE, otherwise no return will be issued, buyer again must email seller for return instructions within 7 days of receiving item, item to be returned within 14 days to seller.
BUYER IS responsible for BOTH return postage AND original postage on unwanted items.
Damaged by postage items
if an item has been damaged during postage, claim to royal mail can be made by the buyer, if seller is making the claim buyer must obtain an additional seller form from seller to fill out details to be posted to royal mail along with missing items form, refund WILL NOT be processed until royal mail have received the letter they send to the buyer back to confirm all details.
