Native to Australia
A large, evergreen, bushy shrub or small semi-weeping tree, with pendent branches of blue-green leaves. Attractive bronze buds appear throughout the winter and turn into a profusion of fragrant racemes of bright yellow, ball shaped flowers from January - April.
Height 3 - 8 meters
Spread 6 - 9 meters
Position Prefers full sun but will tolerate partial shade
Soil Prefers moisture retentive soil, but will tolerate most soils
Flowers Bright yellow, fragrant, ball shaped blooms
Foliage Small, flat, triangular, blue-green leaves
Hardiness Drought tolerant once established. Has withstood temperature's of up to minus 6 degrees with us on the nursery.
Uses Ideal for smaller gardens as it only reaches a height of 3-8 meters. Planted as an ornamental for it's foliage and floral display.
The plant that you will receive will be a healthy, well-established, plug of approximately 10 - 12 inches in height. It will be package to a very high standard to ensure it's safe arrival to yourself.
