  Shipping Free to the US and Canada.  
    Painting will be shipped 2-3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Please make sure your shipping address in PayPal is correct.  
    International buyers including UK please contact me for a quote before bidding/buying, I will respond as soon as possible.  
    I am not responsible for shipping delays or omissions caused by the carrier or your country's customs.  
         
  Tracking Insurance, tracking number and/or signature confirmation applied to all shipments.
  
         
  Taxes Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties (artwork is duty free to the US and Canada). Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.  
    Sale Tax will be applied in the State of North Carolina.  
         
  Damaged Packages If your painting is damaged during the shipping process, please retain the painting and all documents and packaging materials, including the box, as they will be needed to process the insurance claim with the Post Office. In the event that damage does occur to your painting, please contact me as soon as possible.  
         
  Returns All sales are Final! Returns will be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the artwork. If you are unhappy with the item and would like to return it, please make sure the painting is packed and returned in the same condition with its Certificate of Authenticity, all the documents included in the box and insured. The artwork must be in it's original condition. Return policy
All sales are final. However, if you need to return an item, returns will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of painting.  Please make sure painting is returned in the original packaging along with its original documentation, including Certificate of Authenticity, and that the delivery is tracked and insured. The artwork must be in its original condition.  You will be refunded your payment minus shipping, handling, insurance, listing fees and other expenses once we have received the item.
