Unless stated otherwise in the item description the buyer pays all shipping and handling fees.  Shipping insurance is optional; however, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not purchased.  Insurance includes the cost of the actual product(s) and does not include shipping and handling charges.

All warranties are covered solely by the manufacturer of each respective product.  All Products are sold "AS IS"; however, we try to provide the best quality products to our customers, so if you feel a product is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us and we will try to provide you with the applicable manufacturing contact information, if available.

Payment Methods Accepted:

1. Money Orders, Certified/Cashiers Checks, Pay Pal (must be verified with a confirmed ship to address), International Money Order.

Shipping Methods and Information:

1. USPS Media Mail or Parcel Post – items will be shipped by USPS and can take 5 to 10 business days on average, though longer delivery times are not uncommon.
2. USPS First Class – items will be shipped by USPS and can take 3 to 5 business days.  Items weighing less than 13 oz. will be shipped using this method.
3. USPS Priority Mail – items will be shipped by USPS and can take 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
4. Overnight Shipping is available upon request.  Please contact us for a quote.
5. UPS and FedEx are also available upon request.  Please contact us for a quote.

International:

1. USPS International First Class / Parcel Post – items will be shipped USPS and can take 2 to 6 weeks depending on your location.
2. USPS Priority Mail – items will be shipped USPS and can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location.
3. UPS and FedEx are also available upon request.  Please contact us for a quote.
4. Additional fees may be required for certain locations

Customs forms are required for all international purchases, regardless of amount.  Some packages may be delayed in customs, which may extent the estimated delivery times stated above.  Customs forms will contain accurate and truthful product and price information.  We do not and will not manipulate these legal documents.
