M (Mint)  - A perfect card that looks like it just came of the press. No marks, bends, creases, writing, or postmarks.

NM (Near Mint) - Similar to Mint but with very little aging or slight discoloration.

EX (Excellent) - Like Mint, an excellent card will have no bends or creases, and no rounded or blunt corners. It may be postally used or used with writing only on the back.

VG (Very Good) - Corners may be a little rounded or bumped. It could also have an undetectable crease or bend that does not detract from the overall appearance of the front of the card.

G (Good) - Corners may be noticeably rounded or bumped. There may also be noticeable slight bends or creases.

F (Fair) - Soil, stains, or creases may affect picture. It may be a scarce card that is difficult to find in any condition.
