The removable soft watch cushion holds a watch strap that can close to a circumference of 165mm. Maximum strap width is 30mm. Maximum watch face width is 40mm. A wider watch can be held if only one watch is installed on each turntable.

The drawer can be completely removed using the polished chrome handle.

The unit operates on A/C current only, adapter is included. Works well with virtually any automatic watch.

Delivery

We aim to ship all goods within 1 working day of cleared payment.

Tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as your item is shipped.

If goods are being delivered by courier please make sure you specify a delivery address that somebody will be available at to sign for your goods. We are unable to re-direct your consignment without making an additional charge. If you are not at the delivery address you have specified when they call, they will leave you a card letting you know they have tried to deliver and a contact number for your nearest depot. You can then call them to arrange an alternative date.

If any of the contents appear to be damaged, the package must be signed for as 'DAMAGED' and we must be notified IMMEDIATELY.

Returns

An item should never be returned to us without prior authorisation. Please use the link below.

Goods returned within 7 days in the original condition and packaging may be refunded. Customers are liable for all delivery charges to and from UKmemory.

Goods returned after 7 days but within 30 days in the original condition and packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee applied before the refund is issued.

Warranty

If your item is sold with a warranty it is a RTB Warranty - Return to Base

If the item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery we will arrange collection, or refund of postage for small items.

After 30 days customers are responsible for getting the item to us, we will then return the item to you at our cost.
