This is a  very nice 7' Hurricane 80#  IGFA rod. It is truly a work of art and would make any collector or fisherman very happy.

It comes with a Penn 80 Reel with brand new line (PENN IGFA off-shore blue 80 lb. test). The line alone is worth over $100.00!!

I believe that the rod has never been used.

I bought it from a store that closed. It Still has the $995.00 price tag on it.

The penn 80 Reel has very few scratches and I do not know if it has ever been used. It has a  loud clicker.

The grip on the rod is leather.

The rod has a polished wooden handle which is removable.

The rollers are aftco and stainless steel. (very high quality) The workmanship of this rod seems to be excellent. The color is white, dark brown, and reddish brown.

Set up to break an 80# world record this is really an exceptional rod and reel combo which any fisherman would be proud to own.
