Avon Commemorative Wall Tile by 'Constable'

It was produced in celebration of Avons 88th Anniversary
The picture is typical of Constable
with tree landscape
and dog rounding sheep up
with farmer lazing on the grass
The ceramic plaque is approx 3.5" 19cm) across
It has been manufactured by English Staffordshire
but does not inidate exactly which company
The plaque is set in a frame with a green felt background
The plaque itself is in good condition
with no chips, cracks or crazing
The frame is suffering a little worse for wear
The plaque would stand on its own just as well
Details on the back of the picture
inform us of 'Constable' and also
of why Avon produced the plaque
It has a date of 1974 (in handwriting) on the back
A nice addition to any Constable Collector
or Avon Memorabilia
